Farewell for now...

I feel like lol. for once im using lol in the right context. for the uninformed/ignorant, lol stands for laugh out loud. in this case, to be grammatically correct, laughing out loud. no, i din jus hear a particularly funny joke( or maybe i did<----foreshadowing). frankly i duno why im feeling like lol. maybe its cos i think everythings a joke. in any case, as most singaporean males would know, we all have to register for NS, and they send a nice letter with instructions on how to register online. now whats stated in the letter, under Frequently asked Questions on National Service(NS) e-Registration, Question 7, answer 7, i will be granted deferment, 'you may be granted deferment only if you are 17 and a half years old at the date of commencement of the course. okay obviously i was younger than 17 at the beginning of the year. so by right i should be granted deferment. so i try to e-register(corny name isnt it) on Tuesday, the result being application error, and then i try again today, cos they sent a reminder letter -.- and the deadline is 21st which is abit the soon. what i get instead is this!

Okay....so i call the stupid hotline--1800-eNSNSNS. lol the stupid customer service woman wasnt much help. what i took back from the conversation with her is that my deferment is confirmed rejected ( something about expiry on 1st of march but wth i hadnt even got the letter then). wow like thats not obvious enough from the above message. and i need to go cpmb personally. with some school letter. honestly i havent much idea. Conclusion: Either THE SYSTEM is against me or i just did something wrong. if that were the case i would feel really dumb. lol the whole episode is kinda hilarious, in a crazy sort of way.

lol oh well. i suppose if the system continues to go against me i shall have to quit school and go NS *shock*. ok no just joking, the probability of that is...of negligible value. you can stop rejoicing/mourning now.

lol ok im going KL tmr. for a vacation, sort of (at a really bad time). be back on Monday, specially for remedial. which reminds me of how screwed i am. havent done maths or econs stuff. actually i dun really know wads supposed to be done in the 1st place. but theres definitely something ><. it also reminds me of how badly screwed i am for cts. the vacation takes away an astonishing 3 days from The Last Week of the Holidays, Designated for Chionging Mugging and Attempts at Producing a Miracle. oh well. take each screwing as it comes. meanwhile, dont miss me too much =P.
